If CareCredit doesn't work, there are also ScratchPay and Allpet Care - the vet's office told us that if you don't get approved for CareCredit, Allpet tends to have a better acceptance rate. We didn't end up needing to apply so I can't say anything from personal experience, but since it was info I was given recently I thought I might share it along.
I'm sorry your baby is going through this! Our kitten Paprika is also having seizures, though it's been about a week since we were given anti-convulsives and so far we haven't seen another one. Her bloodwork came out clean so they prescribed the medicine as a preventative, without knowing the origin of the seizures; we give it to her every 8 hours. It's not been long enough to know if we will need to add anything or change her treatment so far, but an anti-convulsive medicine might be worth bringing up to your vet.
