I don't think so. I didn't send UPS, just US Post Office.

it can sometimes take much longer than they tell you. but i sent mine Priority, & they gave me a tracking number. i know, because i just threw it away yesterday.

I sent December 11 Priority Mail!

I sent a package the middle of November to the same area. It was already taking three weeks way back then to arrive as opposed to the one week it normally takes, so I would suspect the time got even longer as it got closer to Christmas.
