scoop away

I was at Costco this afternoon to get water, and saw they had Scoop-Away for a little over $7.00 in a big container. Is this cheaper than Petsmart and the other stores?

I love scoop away, won't use anything else and in other stores such as Petsmart, Shop-Rite a 28lb bucket usually runs around $9.99 give or take a few pennies!! $7 and change is a GREAT DEAL!!!!
