Scent Gland Abdomity

Hi there, a problem recently appeared on my cat around or on her scent glands. (She doesn't let us take photos, so we had to wait until she was either asleep or relaxed.)

It's crusty, and when we try to clean, it oozes a transparent / redish liquid that is thick.
