A few weeks ago I noticed a few scabs on the back of my 12 yr old car... they were white and crusty. They have spread from the base of his tail to the middle of his spine. Some are red and some are white. Any idea what this could be? I have another cat and a dog and neither have them. Thanks for any help, I want to get an idea before I call the vet
