Scab Or Ringworm On Ear Tip?

hey there, I wad wondering if anyone could provide insight on what the hardness on the tip of my cat’s ear might be. Im paranoid of ringworm, especially since i foster and have other pets.

The tip is hardened and feels like a scab. He’s about 9 months old and is acting pretty normal at this time. There’s a dog, a couple adult cats, a litter of foster kittens, and three month-old puppies in the house. No kids. Let me know if you have any other questions, please reference pictures!
