Have you checked all their ears fir tiny nicks? I know that head and ear wounds often bleed a lot so it’s possible that during play someone got nicked on the ear or something and the wound is so small that it’s hard to see.

Have you checked their mouths?
In the photo the blood looks like it's been sprayed. Is there any of your cats that is sneezing in these days?

I agree that you should check ears and mouths first. I had an elderly cat who has since passed who had a cancerous skin growth in her ear and when she shook her head there were droplets just like that. I am NOT saying that your cats have cancer, but places like the ear, if injured, can give off a lot of blood.

I know that this is a needle in a haystack with more than one cat, so relax and try to do the best you can with a systematic approach.

The chances are very small at those ages. It looks like spray to me, from a sneeze. They could have injured their nose, have a too dry sinus cavity, or a virus. Please listen and monitor for head shaking, coughing, or any more sneezing to see who is suffering from this. They also could have just got a scratch from playing. you might order some 'Nose Relief' on Amazon, it seems to work well for viruses, colds and allergies. It may be a one time thing, so monitor right now and keep that photo to show your vet.

No, I sincerely doubt that it is anything like cancer. My point was that those parts of the body can produce enough blood to cause alarm.
