On the couch.
Yummy! I love the " Significantly spicy hummus " and "Roasted red pepper" I'll definitely have to try these recipes. The store bought costs so much. Thanks for sharing your info! :)

@Willowy  The roasted red pepper recipe turned out great, I've been eating it every day since Sunday.
Of course, I did use more garlic.

I don't make hummus.. but I tried it for the first time (roasted garlic and I love garlic!) from walmarts deli. It's amazing! Going to get more this weekend.

I've never had hummus spoil on me :dk:. Maybe it's made differently there. There's nothing in it that should spoil quickly, if kept refrigerated. I'm pretty sure I've eaten it up to a couple weeks after I made it, now that's probably too long but it never made me sick anyway.
It doesn't usually last long in this house, but I've kept it almost a week in the refrigerator.

Just found this -

Hummus Expiration Date
Unopened Fridge Freezer
Packaged Hummus lasts for 3-10 Days 6-8 Months
Homemade Hummus lasts for 3-5 Days 6-8 Months

Opened Fridge Freezer
Packaged Hummus lasts for 4-6 Days --

On the packaged one I buy some times it says to eat within 7 days of opening.
