Ringworm anxiety!

Help! I fostered 5 kittens that had ringworm and was diligent about cleaning the room and laundry for 6 weeks along with meds. They were tested once with negative result and are off to their new homes, but a month after the negative result 3 of my cats have ringworm and they've been all over the house. I have no idea where to start and my head is spinning. I am planning on quarantining them in 2 rooms since they all don't get along. I am looking at getting a uvc lamp and fogger to clean the house. Does anyone have experience with either of them? I also don't know if I should use a sulfur bath or Micoseb.

Ringworms are nasty. One of my cats had it but fortunately the other cats did not catch it. I did daily vacuming, got rid of the carpets and washed the sheets every two days.

Thanks for replying. Did you separate your cats from each other during treatment?

You need to treat ALL of your cats since they have most likely all been exposed (not sure how many you have). Here is a great article that covers pretty much everything you need to know.
