I've been using a carrier for timeouts and the behavior seems to be decreasing a little bit but he sometimes redirect that agression towards my hand when I try to pull it out of the carrier now 😅

If it were me, I'd would probably not use a carrier for his timeouts, it could pose to be problematic when you need to use one to take him to the vet, as he will have learned to associate the carrier with his timeouts and not as a means of transporting him for a vet visit. A bathroom, or other room, where the door can be closed would probably be better. Placing him in a room and not in the confinement of a carrier might also reduce him taking swipes at you.

Otherwise, it does sound like he might be beginning to understand the concept of there being consequences to bugging Zuko, so that part is good.

So far he hasn't shown any negative reaction to it being the carrier. He still goes to sleep in it since I leave it out. It's their big long distance travel one. The other rooms are just not quite Wazo proof yet since we moved fairly recently.

Playtime is also helping we just had an intense play session of over 30 minutes. This little guy has a crazy amount of energy I swear. He's out like a light now 🥰
