I rotate proteins and grinds from:

MyPetCarnivore.com
I also buy some meat from the grocery store, and grind it myself. Fresh meat that contains no additives of any kind.
I only feed ground meals. (It is what works for us, and less room for error on my part. ) I prepare in advance and freeze meal size portions.
10% bone is too much for some of our cats. I dilute the bone percentage by using this calculator:
Dilute Bone Content
The supplement I use is Alnutrin. They have one for meat with bones and meat with no bones. Meat with no bones requires one to add liver. KnowWhatYouFeed.com
I don't personally care (or recommend) the commercial raw foods that contain fruits and veggies.
