Most often season-all.

My second fave is this stuff from a local place here called "Rump Rub". The slogan is "The more you Rub, the better the Rump!"

Its for pork really, but tastes sooooo good on chicken!

Lawery's seasonings, garlic and pepper usually. When I cook chicken I use a Low Salt chicken seasoning mix by McCormick that has garlic, onion, red pepper, orange peel, paprika, and parsley- its SO good!

season salt, garlic salt or powder, basil, pepper, regular salt (hardly ever though) and anything that a recipe tells me to put in the food.

Parsley, thyme, dill, oregano, basil... there's something else but I can't think of it right now.

Not alot of spices but lots of herbs!!
Well just go to Penzey's website-I use mostly everything they carry!!
But really....
Kosher and sea salt, fresh ground (telicherry) pepper and Penzey's California seasoned pepper. Also their Fox Point seasoning, 4S seasoned salt, Italian herbs and Mural of Flavor (salt free mix ), fresh garlic, rosemary from my plant. I could go on and on........
