I had my cat Cocoa spade, but her fur has never grown back. Should I be concerned?

How long ago was she spayed?

She was spayed on January 5th but she hasn't been back to the vet maybe she needs to get a check up.

Whenever you take her back in for her yearly shots, you could ask the vet about it. That's a little strange to not have her fur grow back in after nearly a year, but if it's only cosmetic, I wouldn't worry. Is she eating/playing/using the litterbox? Has her spay scar completely healed over?

Yes she seems fine except for her fur. She's eating, playing and using the litter box fine.

I would just bring it up at her next appointment. It isn't affecting her physically so I personally wouldn't worry too much.
