Good morning and Happy Whiskers Wednesday! I had to call my health insurance company yesterday. Maybe it was the wrong time of day to call but I was on the phone for almost an hour. The first 3 calls were automated but I really needed to speak to a live person. The next 3 were different representatives who transferred me before I got the help I needed. I’m happy with my insurance policy but dread having to call with a question.
