A lot of fresh in season fruit especially watermelon. It's hard to find a good one in Ohio even at a farmer's market, I think it is because the growing season is too short.

Dr. Valter Longo who is director of the Longevity Institute at USC School of Gerontology says that 70% to 85% dark chocolate or cocoa is extremely good for you. Who am I to argue with the professionals?

That is an old variety. They are used for Trader Joe's apple pies and that probably puts a serious dent in a limited supply.
I developed my taste for them as a kid. We had two Northern Spy trees on the farm near where we had our garden.

The catch is the 'in moderation part'. One square a day. That is kind of like eating just one potato chip or one French fry.
