What is your most dreaded aspect of the holidays?

That my oven decides to give up before l get the turkey cooked 

I want a new one, but l want to hang on and see this one out, so please be a good oven until the turkey's done!!

What is your most dreaded aspect of the holidays?

I dread worrying about my animals while I'm traveling. I board the dogs out and have someone look in on the cats and feed/water/play with them. I'm only gone a couple of days but worrying is stressful.

I dread the crowds and traffic during the holidays.  I mostly shop from home ordering from QVC and HSN.  I stopped going to malls and other stores cuz I just don't like the crowds.  When I was younger I enjoyed it but not anymore.

Worrying if my truck will make it to my sister's house and back.  30 year old truck with 217,000 miles on it.

I agree - the crowds and the traffic. Here in SW Florida we now have all of our winter residents (snowbirds) down - and most of them don't know how to drive!

Nothing, I don't think anyways, last few years I'm ordered most gifts online with plenty to to spare incase something is wrong, I'm at my mams for lunch so really my only worry is where the next glass of bubbly will come from :lol3:

Definitely the crowds and traffic.  Can't do anything "normal" like run to the mall for something you need because it's just a zoo.

The weather. Since everybody comes here for dinner, ice and snow can make driving very unsafe. And yes, I realize that snow is part of winter; I get that. But it doesn't make me like it.
