66 when I'm at work, 68 when I'm home. If I'm cold I put it up to 70 or 71 but it'll go back to regular programming after a few hours.

23c is 73.4f. That's pretty warm!

Usually, 70-71.
In summer, I need it turned down as low as my husband can tolerate.
In winter, the opposite lol. When I'm not home he frequently sets it to 69 in winter and 72 or more in summer.
There's constant "discussions" about this.

For me it's 66. Kim likes it to be 70 or above. I'm a bigun, she is a skinny little thing.

70-71 in winter or in really freezing weather, or damp weather: 72 for a while.

During Summer, 73 or 74 for the AC.

I live in the desert and right now we are living with windows wide open!

From Mid-March to Mid-November I run my AC...set at 76-78 degrees. When it’s 120 outside, 78 feels like the tundra.

Winter - 66 during the day, (unless it's in the single digits outdoors then 68), and 62 at night
Summer - 76 unless we can't sleep then I acquiesce and turn it down to 72

65F when I'm at home, 60F at night and when I'm not at home or on weekends. I have a programmable thermostat. Inthe summer I don't bother turning on the AC unless I absolutely have to. I think the AC setting is 80F:think:

We have electric heat and no central AC; we turn everything off in the summer.

in the winter, i have the thermostat set at 67 degrees F. both my cats and myself would much rather have it set up at 73/74, but setting it lower keeps the energy bill down. of course, we have the wood stove to keep it more comfortable, and so the furnace only comes on on an occasional, back up (to the wood stove) basis. 67 is the lowest i'm able to go, any lower and i would risk my kitchen plumbing/water pipes freezing -- it's cooler in the kitchen usually, and under 60 degrees F during winter months can allow the water pipes to freeze.

in the summer months, the thermostat is turned off.

We have two zones, three actually, but the breezeway doesn't really count. We have automatic thermostats. Downstairs is 65 during the day and 58 at night. Upstairs is at 62 during the night and 58 during the day. We adjust accordingly depending on how we feel.
