Lol, I just meant that it's so inconceivable to me how she can actually get as high in the air as she does in her vaults and tumbling passes. It's almost supernatural. I'm aware she's actually a human and love that she took care of her mental health.

Yes it is crazy , she is 4 ft 8. and she is going up 12 ft 8 in wow. I am glad she took care of herself as well Important for anyone with any heath issue to have support.Sadly not everyone does.

When she dropped out of the Tokyo games because of what they called the 'twisties' I looked it up and read an article from the Cleveland Clinic. It is a mental block that is caused by stress and a lot of gymnasts do not come back from it. She recently said that she still goes to therapy weekly and considers it part of her training. She also said that she gets her hair done weekly. She considers being okay with her appearance being part of keeping her confidence up.

Speaking of appearances, I don't remember which Olympics it was, but there was one where team USA had like glittery or jeweled eyelashes, and I had such a hard time watching that one because it made my own eyes itch just looking at them. I was really glad this year they kept the sparkles to the leotards.

(J wanted the leotards they were wearing this year. I told her I'm not rich enough to afford them.)
