Green beans, broccolini, broccoli, asparagus and zucchini!
As a vegetarian I pretty much love all vegetables, especially tomatoes, kale and brussel sprouts. Yes, I know tomatoes are really fruit.

Peas, lima beans, and brussels sprouts.
Pretty much anything……no eggplant or okra. Other than that, I think I am ok. I do love squashes.

I'm with you, no eggplant or okra. But otherwise, I like most vegetables. I think my favorites are the orange or red ones--carrots, yellow or red bell peppers, butternut squash.
I think corn is my favorite. Or winter squash.

The only vegetable I have found that I won't eat is asparagus. I know it is popular but I don't care for it. I guess my favorite is carrots, preferably raw. I think my taste for raw vegetables comes from growing up with vegetables that had been cooked to death.
Green beans, snow peas and cucumbers are my favorite. I also love tomatoes but technically they are a fruit.
Yes. Lettuces are vitamin filled vegetables!

Beets, kale, turnip, asparagus and cabbage.
i guess i would eat any veggie depending upon how its cooked/grilled(with some sort of meat) like i can only eat tomatoes raw in a salsa

Butternut squash (and acorn squash), broccoli, carrots and asparagus are probably my favorites.
