Too many to name! 
Though people jaywalking comes to mind. Wet weather, busy traffic and idiots wander out into oncoming traffic on a two-lane highway, and worse, only a few metres from the pedestrian crossing. Or across a crowded shopping street that is full of zebra crossings and pedestrian lights.
