I do love most seafood. Scallops, shrimp (especially in the scampi format), flounder, and king mackerel. I don't like oysters. As for the crawfish, no.
I had an experience with one of them at a buffet in Mississippi. My friend said she try one if I did. You should have seen me trying to peel it. I thought it was going to taste like lobster.
My friends teased me mercilessly about the "creek lobster" after that.
