Good morning and Happy Whiskers Wednesday! We have a thread for nicknames we call our cats but what about the reverse, i.e. if our cats could call us by a nickname.

WHAT NICKNAME WOULD YOUR CAT(S) CALL YOU?

We’re still getting to know our new cat, Seymour, but if he could call me by a nickname I think it would be Mama Food or Waitress because he has a ravenous appetite and always begging me for food. I think he would call my husband, Hey You, lol.

Food Bringer!

The kids are Secondary Food Bringers. Mooch starts giving them the special food look when I’m late because sometimes i have DD give her meds and DS always encourages her to eat.

They actually know that I am "Mommy" with the exception of Camilla who, all these years has seen me as "The Giant who walks in the room with food."

Probably "The One with the Rules". Dad is a pushover. Or "The Torturer" as I brush their teeth and trim their nails.

I'm not sure, but it probably would be something vile, obscene, and unprintable..... especially after a trip to the vet's.

Sushi would call me "heated seat" as she sits on my lap whenever I sit down;
Pixie would call me "the food server who's not good at her job" as I don't give her food every single time she demands it (because if I do, she throws up!)

Currently also fostering two cats -
Kasha would call me "the brusher" as all he wants to do is for me to brush him;
Miumiu would call me "the food server" as he's only nice to me when I bring him food.

I'm pretty sure it'd be "Hey you...Slave!"..probably already is,lol!

I think my nicknames would differ according to my occupation at the time. Both Puddles and Omen would call me 'Feeeeeed us Hoooman!' as soon as they know food is in the bowl.

When at the computer, Puddles calls me 'Scritchies' because she knows if she parks herself in front of the computer, she gets attention. When Omen does it it's 'Wall' because he's always got to go around me, LOL! Or he'll call me unspeakable annoyed meows as I dump him on the floor for sitting either on my (wet) artwork or (in use) keyboard, LOL!

I gotta tell ya I absolutely LOL'd at your post----I've had to take Rhett to the vet three times this week for tests and he is NOT happy with me....

Bandit would call me the crazy lady cuddle giver.
Lucky would call me that soft touch.

i am probably better off never knowingespecially if i add in the names gf probably refered to me as. during the time i was in the hospital and it was just graycie and her together

Jackpot would say sit still "Cradle" as I want too lay in your arms.
Miles would demand where's my food human.

Daisy would probably say "Unreliable Bed Warmer" since in her opinion I shouldn't get out of bed, I should be there for her to sleep on All The Time. Phoebe might say The Lap, since she is keener on lap time than Daisy.

I'm sure Maisie only thinks of me as the Can Opener. Remy probably thinks of me as his favorite thing to cuddle and also bite. Flora would probably have a sweet and affectionate nickname because she is both of those.
