Biggest I remember is the No Nukes concert in Battery Park (then, a landfill!) NYC in September of 1979. About 200,000 attended.
Great music but SO overwhelming to be there.
That was the largest by a longshot. Been to probably hundreds of concerts since the mid/late 1970's but nothing compared to that.
