I'm not a fan of chocolate by itself. I like it to be mixed with something or the base of something.

I love chocolate truffles or caramel chocolates. Anyone remember the Reisen brand caramel chocolates? They'd pull your fillings out, but man, were they tasty! :yummy:
Those Riesen caramels are still around. I found them in my local grocery store near the Werther's caramels. Still as good as ever. Walmart and Amazon carry them too.

Definitely dark chocolate. If you’re ever in Fort Myers, FL, go to the Norman Love Confections store for outstanding chocolate. I think you can get it other places, but this is the original store and wow!

I think we should have a thread in the Foodie Forum to discuss chocolates, single source vs whatever big name companies use, etc  Who's in?

I don't really like chocolate. I prefer peanut butter. I do like hot cocoa though, and mocha coffee drinks, not sure why.

"White chocolate" isn't chocolate because it doesn't contain any chocolate solids.
Is white chocolate really not chocolate? I'll have to check it out.
