today's question : what are your favorite type of books to read ?

mine : military, cat care, fantasy and mystery to name a few

Define "boring!" I've read a few that kept me totally engrossed, and a few that almost put me in a coma. But there are some fascinating ones out there.

Right now it is historical fiction.. I am done with romance novels. I want a nice thick interesting book... based on history.

Fiction: Contemporary Romance, Psychological Thrillers, Speculative Fiction, Literary Fiction, Time Travel Fiction (it seems more realistic than full-on SciFi)

Nonfiction: Medical History, Science (specifically biology and microbiology), Memoir, Political, books on racism, mental health, basically anything that sounds interesting to me.
