Just a bit of an update on Freya, her mom (we named her Lily) and the other female.
Freya is doing well, growing (almost up to 4lb
), still skittish in open areas around the house but is turning in to a bit of a mischievous little kitten.
Lily is settling in, she isn't friends with the other cats yet, the only one she tolerates is Freya. No actual fights with the other cats though, just some hissing and swatting (no claws) and she growls if any come near her, nothing serious.
As for the other black and white female, she was dropped off at the vet/impound by one of the other guys that works at the shop that is an animal lover, but the "owner" went and got her so she is back to living outside at the shop.
Apparently a bit more to the story, the "owner's" mom use to deal with the cat stuff, but she passed away, and now no one wants to deal with the litter box so the cats got tossed outside. He says he doesn't want to give them up, but also doesn't appear to want to do anything to take care for them. So far no one has asked or said anything about Lily "disappearing" though.

I'm still having a hard time wrapping my head around that, she is so tiny, she weighed just under 2lb when we rescued her! 
She is now up to 2kg (4lb 6 oz) but that still seems really small to me for a 6 month old.
This has to be a horrible nightmare...

The reason he thought Tylenol poisoning was, low red blood count (but there was evidence she was trying to make more) her blood was brown and unable to carry oxygen, they had her on oxygen at the vet but her lungs filled with foamy bloody fluid in the end and they couldn't get enough air in. When they did blood, work her liver was still good, but oddly her blood sugar was very high. She also had bloody diarrhea while at the vet, which caused them to think Feline panleukopenia at first but she tested negative. There could have been some more things I just can't remember now. It all happened so quickly though, in at most an hour she when from a normal hyperactive kitten doing zoomies around the house to flat out limp and gasping for air, it's hard to wrap my head around it.
