Found this little girl wandering around my house alone and after nearly all day of watching and waiting for a momma or owner to come claim her, I took her in as it got dark. I'm 99% sure she is a Torbie (Tortoiseshell Tabby) since her legs, tail and underbelly show tabby patterns but her back, head and sides show some distinct calico traits.  I think I'll name her Venus, since all my cats have space related names.

Try perhaps with some of Jupiters moons, Callista perhaps?

Yeah, if the pattern baffles you and seems bewildering, its often a torbie....   :)

Good luck!

Yeah, I'd say those orange patches on her back qualify her as a torbie! If she had kittens (and she shouldn't, since she's in a responsible home now) she could have some red/tortie babies. I have one girl who looks like that, so pretty.

Awww, what a sweetie! Reminds me a bit of my Bitten of a few years ago. She was a full tortoiseshell.
