we are scheduled for the vet Friday. She is grooming herself a lot including genitals and also acting like she is in heat. I will be so glad when the mystery is solved

Yes, cleared it up in about 5 days, she was on Amoxy for 7 days.

Ok thank you! The weird thing is my cat was prescribed antibiotics right after her spay surgery and was on them while the milk continued to build up. Taking her back to vet tomorrow to see what my options are. But I just took her yesterday to an emergency vet and they took a sample and said it’s definitely milk
