Hi Karen,
Can you please tell me how many words/letters you're putting in the postcard. I don't know of any preset character limit but I'll try and find out.

I would say anywhere from 20 to 40 words but, it happens with any number from the smallest note to the larger ones.

hmmmmm... I checked again and I don't see any problems. Can you please try and send me a postcard from you to [email protected] ?
The only thing I can think of is that you may be sending a postcard to a web mail address (i.e. [email protected] or [email protected]) but without checking the appropraite box in the form.
