It's always beautiful to see multiple cats curled up together. *Really nice blanket, too. Did you make it?*This is a red letter day! Both cats sleeping on the same bed!

Casper (white) and Elliot (tabby) are certainly friends but Casper is older (ten yrs.) and thinks of Elliot ( 1-1/2 yrs.) as a young whipper snapper while Elliot thinks of Casper as an old stick in the mud. They often sleep in bed but I've never seen them both in bed at the same time.
Usually, if Elliot jumps up on the bed, Casper will give out a big sigh then get up and go some place else. It's a pleasant surprise to see them both on the bed, together!
We were airing out the house. Elliot dropped a stink bomb in the litter box so we had the windows open and the house was a bit chilly. I guess being warm was more important, today.
I wonder what would have happened if we had turned on the air conditioning? Maybe if it gets cold enough, I might walk into the room and find them snuggled up, together!
Casper's Girl-Human made it. She's a really good crochet-er.It's always beautiful to see multiple cats curled up together. *Really nice blanket, too. Did you make it?*
That's great -- she must be really happy about those wins! I don't crochet, but I love beautiful textiles and handmade things. A good friend had a business where she made and sold crocheted cat blankets and baby blankets and accessories. We have a lot of her cat blankets and a few collars.Casper's Girl-Human made it. She's a really good crochet-er.
A few years ago she entered some of her things at the County Fair. Out of three items entered she got a first and a third. She'd never been to the fair, before, so just walking in, off the street, and sweeping the show like that is pretty darned good!
She posts most of her patterns on-line. If you're interested to see, PM me and I'll give you the link.
That's a very good idea!Your black cat looks a little like the one that Girl-Human's mother has. Your tabby is the same color as Elliot.
Ya' know what she does? She'll crochet a pillow case and fill it with a generic craft pillow from Walmart. Make the pillow case extra large so that the pillow fluff doesn't completely fill it. That way, the pillow stays floppy so that the cat can make a nest and snuggle in.
It's a great cat bed! Both our cats use them regularly, in rotation, around the house.
