My beloved Moki (lost to lymphoma in Jan., at 7 yrs old). God saw the huge hole in my heart, and sent me 2, Cuki and Kifli.

I am secretly jealous of your 5! We moved from NJ to FL 30 yrs ago, with 6 in the back of 1985 mustang! I will post pix in their memories, all went rainbow bridge at 17 yrs+.

Henry takes an afternoon nap under the bed covers. Onyx was looking for Henry. I go in there after a while and the "lump" is quite elongated. I turn the covers back and they are both under there, sleeping nose-to-nose. She found her brother!

Our top was 31, most rescued from "community" that fed haphazardly but didn't spay/neuter/vet. My BFF at the time called them the "31 Flavors" after the Baskin-Robbins ice cream empire.
I keep the blinds/shades drawn during these hot-hot days. This morning, the kid helped put the bedding back on, for the first time. Of course he was a BIG help. I hope I can count on him from now on, since Elvis isn't interested in laundry right now.
