Hello, My kitten was spayed on Wednesday, 11/30, and today I noticed a lump had developed underneath the incision. Is this normal it should I be concerned
?
oh, baby girl!she has also vomited a couple times and is not eating.
I actually tried that and she took a few licks, but that was it. I also tried lickable treats on top of her wet food, she is just not really interested.oh, baby girl!
Honestly, it seems that things like this always happen on the weekend. See if you can get her to lick some beechnut meat baby food from your finger which might help her to become more interested in food
The same really, she still has little to no appetite I will be taking her to the vet in the morning.How are things today?
I'm taking her to the vet in the morning.In my opinion, since it's 4 days since the spaying, I personally don't think it's normal for a natural reaction to the surgery to show up after such a long time.
I'd send the photo to your vet as soon as possible.
How are things today?
I gave her more meat baby food and she took a couple more licksKeep trying with the meat baby food, even a little bit is better than nothing.
How does the incision area look?
Whew.but there is no redness, puss, or blood, and stitches are still in place.
Thank you for this information!Whew.
There might be something here to entice her;
