Although I don't have full-time access to a ginger, my neighbor's cat Charlie is such a love. I took care of him for a few days last week (along with the other three cats up there), but thought Charlie was particularly photogenic at this moment.

This is my girl Ashton. The first photo was about 3 months ago when I first adopted her. The second photo was just a couple of days ago. You can see she's gained some weight. I told her her new year's resolution is to lose some weight but she did not approve!
I love her markings ! 
FWIW, my vet likes a little extra weight on cats. If they get sick it can mean a few extra days to figure out what is going on.

Scaredy Cat, aptly named, as she was a former semi-feral, and is afraid of everything.
She's full of tortie-tude, and beautiful, although in this pic her fur wasn't looking great, as she was in beginning stage of hyperthyroidism, and hadn't been diagnosed yet.
If you are worried about her weight, you can send her to me and I could observe her for a few years. Actually, she looks the proper cat shape and has beautiful colors and patterns.
