Our cats over the years have done this many, many times. They eat a certain flavor regularly for 6 months or longer, and then one day they decide that they don't like that flavor any more. What is interesting is that it is a group think. It's not like just one cat doesn't like the flavor, but they all decide to not eat that flavor.

Fortunately, canned cat food has a pretty long shelf life. I just put the cans for that flavor aside, and a few months later I give it to them again. While not 100% successful they often will resume eating that flavor.

I have had many discussions with other cat owners in the cat food aisle at various stores about this. Almost all of them have had the same experience.
