Just wanted to come back to close the loop on Gracie's situation: she's A-OK! The small post-bum-poking/vet-visit diarrhea-like ploops noted above (13 days ago) were clearly a stress- and poke-induced anomaly -- no further diarrhea since. I didn't take her back to the vet, and didn't put her on any meds, because everything was fine the next day.
Her daily poops from that incident on have all been firm, normal and back on schedule. :-D
