My ten year old guy was curled up in my arms at my desk. He randomly started twitching everywhere. He didn't show MAJOR signs, but he's just worrying me. Help, please.

Was he sleeping or awake? Sometimes cats twitch in their sleep which is normal. But if he was awake and started twitching / convulsing, that is serious. Please call the vet and ask for advice. If the vet is closed, as some are for the holiday, call anyways and listen to the after hours voicemail message for who to call for emergences.

In this case, I can only second LTS3 LTS3 's advice. If he was awake, this could well be a seizure. Now, seizures happen for any number of reasons, and can often be managed very easily. But only your vet can tell you what type of seizure it might be and how to treat it.
