My 3 year old who has a seizure disorder (recently dx) and is on phenobarbital poops hard poop every other day. What can I give her to help it move? Or is this normal?

I'm so sorry...
This is something I recommend you talk to your vet about, especially since she is on medication. Your vet shold be familiar with all of the side effects.
