I just saw this thread today(6/18/23) I have AdBlockerPlus on my desktop. Wouldn't that take care of pop-ups? I have that installed and never have seen one while on the site. i also view and post on Kindle(android) and have never seen an ad.

I keep getting a large banner at the bottom asking to enable push notifications even after picking the never ask me again option.
I think I can answer this one - you will receive that banner every time you log on to this site. I log off of this site every night, and every morning when I log back on the banner is right there again. "Never ask me again" apparently is under the assumption a member never logs off.
