As long as they are not hissing and fighting, they are living on a tolerable state of agreement right now.

Don't be surprise that in the near future, you'll find them both sleeping together.
That would be great TT. Here the other day,...a rare appearance almost to the living room from Dynah after they both had some catnip. Dynah seemed to want to play!!! Callie had no idea Dynah was behind CURTAIN#1 until she got up hahah. A little hiss or two from Callie and Dynah retreated to the back bedroom!

I just got a urine sample to the vet and Callie has a urinary track infection. I will pick up meds tomorrow and I hope the anti-biotics will work.

Such a good feeling. That is Waffles, so scared for awhile, but when he settled after about 4 months purr purr soooo loudly. And he glues to me.
So great Waffles came around and only after 4 months! Now you have a purr and glue gun machine too. That is so awesome!!!

This is a good sign. No aggression between the two.

Yes TT... no real crazy aggression. Thank you for the Callie up vote too 🦾👍

I knew that her excessive water drinking and urinating was something more than "she may just like to drink water"... as the vet said.

But he knew that there may have been another issue and he was correct. So I am glad I could get a "sample" from Callie as quick as I did.

Hello and Happy New Year guys. I just wanted to give you all an update on my 2 girls.

Callie still has an issue with blood in her urine. The latest sample I submitted was exactly the same as the first sample. So I have to bring her in to the vet next week for them to get a really fresh sample. Callie has not shown any indications of being in any pain or distress. Her drinking and urination habits are about the same (a lot of both) after the anti-biotic treatment.

Callie is amazing. She demands attention and almost always wants to be near me. She just followed me up into my computer room while she was just fast asleep in the living room in a chair next to me.

Dynah has round worms again. Dynah has been really getting "fat" but I am wondering if this is caused by the worms??

Vet says the worms can lie dormant in muscle tissue and show up months after treatment. So I just gave Dynah a treatment and I think I got most of it on her skin at the base of her neck. She has been letting me pet her more and more and really enjoying it so I used that time to get the treatment in. She was surprised from the liquid but did not run away! She stayed in the same perch she was in on the cat-tree but was really watching me after. She later let me pet her again!

Last week Dynah and I had our 1 year anniversary! Callie still goes after Dynah but they have not tangled at all. Dynah just scoots away and Callie goes back to whatever she was doing. But Callie has full control of the house except for Dynah's cattree room but she will even chase Dynah into her cat-tree. I usually have to put the baby-gate up at feeding times still.

So not a great start for them this year but hopefully they will get better as time moves on. I have to resubmit another stool sample from Dynah in three weeks.

Hope all your Kitties have a great new year!

Thank you Kwik! I will keep you all posted on Callie and now Dynah too!

It's funny you mentioned Callie's little tongue sticking out and as a friend said....Oh my god you had to have photoshopped that because her tongue is sooo pink?
Well no, that was a straight up shot out of camera believe it or not haha...that was during a fur brushing session...she really liked that!

Happy New Year🎊🎇🎉🥂🐈🐱
