Please Help: My Kitten Is Depressed, What Should I Do?

I think my kitten might be depressed and I'm not sure what to do. He never really plays with his toys any more, he just kind of lies down all day and has even developed some white hairs in areas that aren't consistent with the pattern of his coat. My boyfriend was saying that this can be a sign of stress in some cases.

I second taking him to the vet also. If you notice he is lethargic and not acting like his normal behavior then by all means contact your vet. When was his last exam?
