Hi. Be careful with supplementing iron as it is possible to overload iron.
Your cat’s nose looks very pale and he looks miserable. He is, of course cute, but what I am saying about the pale nose and miserable looking expression is to validate what you are saying.
He needs help a month ago. Obviously we can’t go back in time, so we have to go from this point forward. So, he needs help now.
What area ( just general) are you in? You can private message me if you are more comfortable doing that.
Have you noticed any bruising anywhere on his body? When he had the IV catheter in for the dental work, is that area still bruised.
I am concerned your cat may have a bleeding disorder.
Is he indoor only? Any access to any pesticides or rat bait etc.?
It really doesn’t matter at this point. He needs to see a vet.
There is nothing you can do or put on him that will help. Anyone saying differently is scamming you.
There is an herbal supplement and a vitamin that can help to promote clotting, but you can’t just use it. There are many other factors involved and he needs a vet.
Is there a cat only hospital in your area? If so, try calling them and explain the situation and beg for help. Usually cat hospitals have people working there that are more sensitive to cats needs.
There is something called Scratch Pay that is for people who can’t get Care Credit. You should look into that.
You have to figure out how to get him help ASAP.Because I fear there isn’t much time left, as this has been going on so long.
I am truly sorry that the vet who did this has been so unethical.
