I noticed the small bump on friday night, it didn't seem to be discomforting for her to eat and groom, today she had a little trouble and made a small sound of distress while eating (I'm not sure that was my interpretation of it) She seems to be going about her say normally and has been playing often and having a lot of energy, but tonight as she's playing it seems like she's having trouble breathing especially if she get's really worked up from playing. She's wheezing slightly. I haven't gotten to call as the vet she goes to closed early on saturday and was closed on sunday, so I'm going to call monday for a check up! It seems she's doing good as she's eating, drinking, sleeping, etc normally so I hope it's nothing too serious. What do you guys think it could be?

It looks like a rodent ulcer to me, usually caused by an allergy to something. She will need steriods to clear it so make an appointment with your vet if you can.
