Does anyone have a pillow that they love and recommend? I really could use a new pillow. I'm on my second MyPillow. They are OK for a little while, but then I feel they just start to get lumpy. I could buy another but I think I'd like to try something different.

Any suggestions?

Most pillows hurt my neck and shoulders. Too fluffy, too flat, etc. I went through a bunch trying to find one that didn't hurt. Then I was planning a trip and ordered a different kind of travel pillow. . .and it's just right! It's the only pillow I use now.

Amazon.com: Wote Travel Pillow for Airplanes Memory Foam Neck Pillow Support for Traveling On Car,Train Or Office,at Home - Pillow for Reducing Shoulder and Back Burden: Home & Kitchen

My second favorite pillow is a chipped memory foam pillow (like MyPillow but a cheap one from Costco) that the puppy tore up so I stuffed what was left into a zipped pillowcase. Now it's only about half full and I can wad it up into whatever shape I like, lol.

And I noticed that now they actually sell chipped foam pillows with zippers so you can add, subtract, de-clump, etc. so it's just right.

Try this TCS thread for suggestions: Monday's Question of the Day - September 12, 2016 I got my current pillow with a recommendation in that thread. It's probably time for a new pillow :paperbag: I think most pillows get lumpy after awhile. Buckwheat pillows don't get lumpy but the filling shifts around a lot at night so you wind up trying to squish the filling back where you need it to get enough support.

Another thread if Temper Pedic or other memory foam pillows are something you are looking into: Temper Pedic pillows

Awhile back one of my doctors recommended the Tempur-Pedic Pillow for my neck. I loved it so much that I will only sleep on this type of pillow now. I had a great coupon for Bed Bath & Beyond and bought this one:

I have this one, too! And from Bed Bath & Beyond where I bought it with a coupon. :) I’ve had it for quite awhile and it’s held up well. I love the support it gives.

W Willowy I checked out the pillow on Amazon that you have. It sounds really good. I hope it's not hard like the other travel pillow that's Amazon's Choice. One of the reviewers mentioned that one is hard as a rock. I like the fact that it has the space for your outstretched arm, since I sleep that way.

I get mine from Walmart, $2.99 each. They are very soft and that is what I need. I only keep them
for about 6-8 months, then buy new ones. I just recently got some 300 count Egyptian cotton pillow
cases and wowza, it feels so good to put my head on the pillows.I can't sleep on blends because
they don't breathe enough.

I have three I sleep with

1. Columbia Ice Fiber Down Alternative for side sleepers. My favorite and my recommendation . These are expensive pillows from Kohl’s but they stay so cool, fluffy and comfy they are well worth it. It’s the perfect head pillow in my opinion. I had one for about seven or eight years and just replaced it with another last year.
2. My Pillow. Bought it and hated it because it was way too big and full. So I opened the seam, too out about a third of the stuffing and now it makes a great side pillow. Never mats down, squeezable.
3. Shredded memory foam pillow. It’s great when you first fluff it up but tends to mat down. I use it as a back pillow.

Mine is firm enough to keep the gap under it, but it doesn't feel hard. Yeah, I like the gap, I tend to sleep with my arm under my head and that helps. I use it with the short end under my neck. I'm not sure that's the same brand I bought but it looks the same, with the gray cover and everything.

I am using The Big One Contour Gel Memory Foam pillow. I am wondering if mine is starting to wear down; but I loved it when I first got it. I didn’t think I would like it when DH picked it out.

I also got a small pillow from Coop Home Goods that has pieces of foam inside and a zipper so you can take some out if you want to, it is a smaller/travel sized pillow but I really like it, check out there website as they also sell normal sized pillows too.

I have a $4 pillow I bought from Target some time ago. It's not perfect, but I won't feel bad when I have to replace it with another $4 pillow.

AbbysMom AbbysMom I read the reviews on amazon. Some people said the pillow is too high for your neck to rest comfortably. You didn't find that it raised your head and neck instead of being able to lay straight?

The Big One pillow is a Black Friday deal for today too. It's something like $15 right now.

I have the contour one and I still end up putting my hand under my head; so I might like one thats a little taller.

My head sinks into it and it feels OK to me.
