Daily Feeding routines:
(1) 1 can Fancy Feast (usually chicken,or beef,or liver&chicken pate) - she usually eats it all.
(2) 1/4 cup dry food - 'Go - Chicken/Turkey/Duck' - she's been noticeably eating less lately.

I decided to try a new dry food, so picked up 'Go - Lamb & Wild Boar.'
The good news is she started eating some of this newer dry food almost immediately. I know, I should be mixing it, but she's not really eating the Chicken/Turkey/Duck food, so I'm experimenting here.
The questionable news, how's the ingredient list?

There's Lamb (likely old mutton), followed by 3 fish ingredients, starches, then mr. boar.
------------------------------------------
Note: she used to be on 'Acana: Wild Prairie', or 'Orijen: Cat&Kitten'.
Both are chicken based I believe, but lost interest. This was over 2 years ago I think.
-------------------------------------------
There's a 30 days return policy as long as >50% of the food remains, so I can certainly try various other dry foods.
--------------------------------------------
Note: The pet store employee gave some pretty lousy advice. 'Don't give her options if she's picky, leave the food out for 3-4 days to see if she'll eat it. They can go that long no problem'.
Well, as far as I know. Some fatty liver issues could arise let alone other problems so I'd rather not let that happen. Granted she's still eating the 1 can of Fancy Feast a day.
----------------------------------------------
Note: I should mention, I've been using a kitchen weigh scale to measure her dry food consumption and it's been quite low. Thus the change to a new food.
------------------------------------------------
I can't really feed her 2 cans of Fancy Feast a day, as some evenings I'm not around to put out a fresh can.
Unless I put out 2 cans in the morning, I could try that - although 1 may go rock solid throughout the day.
Thoughts?
