My mother went into Assisted Living at the beginning of October and I now have all of her photo albums. There are well over 20 albums plus loose pictures. I'd like to be able to scan them and upload them somewhere to share with the family, password protected. I'd like for them to be able to save the pictures to their own hard drive if they want to.

Does anyone know of any good sites? :camera:

My brother and I used WeTransfer when we did the same with my mom’s photo albums.

You could use Flickr. There's a way to keep your pix private so the general public can't see them but I believe can set it up to show for those you want to share them with. The photos can be downloaded directly to someone's computer directories quite easily or they can just view them from your page. I've been using them as a repository for my photos for years. As a Pro member I have unlimited storage with them.

Good ideas! I need to do the same with a ton of old photos.
I just told Aaron that he needs to work on getting a better hard drive backup so I can slowly start scanning.

I found out that you can upload pictures to Amazon and privately share as well.

I have used Snapfish and Shutterfly before. Both are easy sites to navigate and upload pictures.
