Photo-heavy Threads

Threads with a lot of photos are crashing on mobile. I've attached a photo of the error message here.

Which thread was it and what type of phone are you using?

iPhone 7. Browser is Chrome.

It happens frequently with this thread:

I have an Iphone but using Safari. I didn't have a problem with the first link, but the second link did reload, but then did load. I'll report this.

I think the first link has more pictures later in the thread. It's been happening with the more recent pages.

It's not happening with my Samsung S6 and Chrome. Can you maybe test with another browser on your mobile talkingpeanut ?

It sounds like a browser issue and not something we can do much about on the site's end other than maybe limit the number of photos per post. I will pass this along to our tech team though, maybe they can think of something. I'll wait to see if you're having the same problem when using a different browser on your phone.

The issue did not repeat on Safari just now.
