I asked two other independent labs, no matter the cost, to have the tests repeated, but they don't accept samples from clinics that are not affiliated with them, and other clinics do not accept to have Freya's blood sampled if I don't have her go through a complete specialistic vet visit.

This part does not surprise me. I am sorry that you have encountered all these obstacles.
