Petsmart no longer shipping to Quebec, Canada :(

I've been lurking through this site for a while and never thought that I would I would one day make my own post but here we are!

Anyway, after calling Petsmart's customer supper because I was unable to have anything shipped to me, I discover that since yesterday Petsmile will no longer ship to Quebec .

I was so frustrated because I had so many points accumulated and was planning on using them! There was even a special discount event happenning and I wanted to take advantage of it!

But what peeved me even more is that Petsmart did not warn Quebec users ahead of time of this issue. Only an email yesterday stating that Petsmart will no longer ship to Quebec was given. It also told us that we could use our points in-store. But there's none in Quebec!!!

My boys love Nulo and Dr Elsey's Wet Cat food... At least with Nulo I can get it at Homesalive (albeit I would have to pay shipping now ) but Dr Elsey's Wet Cat food..? I know no online canadian store that carries it.

Any other Canadian or Quebecers have suggestions?

Chewy is not available in Canada.

Have you tried to go directly to Dr. Elsey's web site and see what you can find about where their foods are offered? Dr. Elsey’s | Quality Cat Litter and Cat Food Products for Cats (drelseys.com)

That's really annoying that Pet Smart sprung that change on you no warning. Are you near either of the provincial borders so that making a day trip to Pet Smart in another province might be doable.

Thank you for your advice! I did (even before Petsmart's announcement). But all the possible stores near me only carry the litter and not the food

Unfortunately, no And even if we can get our package shipped to a relative who can received the package, I'm sure that the shipping to them to our place would not be worth it :/

Do you have Walmart, Target, or PetCo - maybe even online through Amazon? Dr. Elsey's states they offer their products through these chains, but doesn't mean they are in your area.

I'm sure that the shipping to them to our place would not be worth it :/

There's got to be a way for you to be able to use those points. Talk to friends and relatives, see what you can get done

I got the same e-mail. At one time I could only find Greenies for cats from the petsmart site. Now I can get it through Amazon or online at a site called Petline. I am lucky I have parents that go to Ontario every so often on day trips. But what really makes me upset is the reason why they can no longer deliver to Quebec. My father asked at the petsmart store they went to the other day. He said that they cannot deliver to Quebec anymore because Quebec will not allow them to deliver because their internet sites does not have any french. The OLFQ has struck again. I hope you can find a replacement store that has what you need.
