Penny is 3 months and 9 days old. Just got spayed about 3 to 4 days ago. To me it looks like she licked the area so it might be infected. Could someone please look at the picture and lmk if the area looks infected?

To me, that just looks like general fluid seepage, not infection, at this point. Of course, it wouldn't hurt if you emailed/texted that picture to the vet tmorrow for a professional opinion :).

Is general fluid seepage normal?

I have heard some say yes, but I personally have never seen an overly noticeable amount of fluid around a healthy spay suture site. It looks like there is oozing around the top half of the incision, and quite a bit. I would take her in to get her checked by a vet ASAP. Better safe than sorry.

On a positive note, it doesn't look inflamed or red, which is good.
