I got him from my sister who rescued him. We wasn't given any papers with him and from pictures on Google he looks like some of them, just trying to find out what everyone thinks

Well he isn't pointed, he is solid. So the likelihood of being a Siamese is slim. Even pointed cats aren't likely Siamese, just color pointed shorthaired. This cutie is a domestic shorthair. He doesn't really resemble any breed. Most cats in the world are of no specific breed ancestry, or mix even. It doesn't work the same as it does with dogs.
